Curtis's favorite Taqueria in Santa Cruz is Moreno's. They have by far the best al pastor in town -- it's crispy, the way Curtis likes it, not watery. Also, they use cabbage instead of rice, which Curtis does not like. He doesn't wanna pay for all that fuckin' rice, because it doesn't belong in burritos. As an added bonus, the chips at Moreno's are way better than the ones at Taqueria Santa Cruz.
Also of note, Curtis says Taqueria Santa Cruz in midtown is way better than the one on the west side. They apparently aren't even comparable.
I would rate Curtis's opinion of de la Hacienda as "pretty good." More on that later.
Curtis is a guy who lives in Santa Cruz. He has been known to eat food there.
